Elevated action items experience

Action items are getting a few significant improvements, including fresher, more robust interface, the ability to attach files, and the Excel export feature. Further, the option to create an action item was added inside the Create button’s menu to facilitate quick access.

Action items are an incredibly useful tool for tracking anything you may want to stay on top of. We’re here to provide guidance if you’re trying to take advantage of action items and have questions.

90-day episodes

You’ll be able to select the episode duration of 90 days to better accommodate hospice referrals. It’ll appear as another choice along with 60 days for Medicare Home Health and one of several durations for Medicaid Home Health and Private Home Health types of patients.

Simpler user registration

When adding office users or resetting their logins, therapyBOSS emails a notification containing a temporary username and password. Users would mistype the information at times, locking themselves out. Our team eliminated the need to type anything — now your office users will just click a button to proceed with their registration.

Faster setup for new IL EI practices

Changes to the setup wizard will offer newly signing up IL EI practices to establish their referral sources by selecting from the list of CFCs and will automatically add CBO with either the published rates or the desired custom rate. As a result, getting up and running will become considerably quicker.
