Redesigned order tracking

Order tracking has a new, modern interface that’s consistent with other screens. It has also been streamlined to improve efficiency. When you navigate to Orders, you’ll see that it organized into Submit orders and Outbound:

The last 30 days of orders will be listed by default, including physicians for each with referring physician (or the one chosen inside the note) marked automatically:

Instantly select and submit all listed orders, moving them to Outbound where you can easily track their status:

Outbound defaults to orders awaiting signature but you can switch to see signed orders instead.

A built-in fax capability is currently in development and will be available in the next release!

New export option for bills

A new export option, “With service items,” has been added under Billing > Bills. This allows bills to be exported at the activity (CPT) level.

As a bonus, Billing > Bills now loads and pages faster - especially when working with larger volumes of bills.

New email notification

You’ll be notified when a connected referral source changes their name in therapyBOSS. This can help you determine if an amended service contract is needed.

Managing notifications for referral sources

FYI: we’re making it possible for referral sources to choose which therapyBOSS notifications are sent to them and set the desired email address for each. See their release notes for details.
