If you do therapy staffing, know that for some time now our development team has been working on improvements to the referral source portal. Incorporating feedback and thinking through every aspect of the user experience, their efforts resulted in an overhaul of the portal’s presentation. Your existing referral source clients should find it more satisfying and your new clients will adapt to using the therapyBOSS portal with a lot less effort. This release delivers the updates to the referral source portal as outlined above. There were a few other changes implemented with most being fixes and internal enhancements except a couple which we’d like to share.

Simplified view of patient’s info

When navigating inside a patient’s chart, it used to be that you needed to press a button to see/hide the patient’s demographics. The new layout eliminates that in favor of readily showing the details:

Note that patient names as well as contact names are now links that you would press on if needing to edit the information.

Patient calendar transformed

The changes we’ve made will increase the patient calendar’s usability. You’ll see it reorganized to maximize the calendar view itself while making frequency and filtering options more accessible:
