  • Update to web app

  • iOS app update version 1.3.6

  • Android app update version 11.9.1

Note templates

iOS, web

We’re elevating the productivity of working with therapyBOSS charting. Therapists will now be able to save their responses in assessments and, when applicable, OASIS SOC as a template:

You can save multiple templates assigning the desired name to describe to yourself what each template represents:

Loading saved responses into another note will be as simple as choosing the template you want:

Standardized outcome measures

iOS, Android, web

More standard outcome measurement instruments have been added for PT and OT. You’ll get just about every commonly-used test and measure. Our team has cleaned up existing tools as well. Specifically, each note will clearly communicate the test’s purpose, notes will be named consistently according to accepted acronyms, and their print view will have a cleaner appearance to aid readability.

Patient calendars

web

The therapyBOSS web app is getting a comprehensive and highly usable calendar. You’ll have a tab for it inside the patient’s chart:

By default, the patient calendar won’t display older events or ones scheduled for other patients during the same period. They can be easily incorporated if desired:

Both scheduled events and documented visits, including from other clinicians, will be reflected:

You’ll find it intuitive to interact with the calendar as you can simply press on the different events to see more details and to make changes. You can drag and drop scheduled events to move them quickly.

Personal calendar

web

Personal calendar is different from the patient calendar in that it shows your own scheduled events across all patients:

Its appearance will otherwise be the same. Your interaction with it too except you can’t schedule patient appointments in it. However, you’ll be able to schedule your time off:

One more function of the personal calendar is to let you download a printable agenda:

Maximized view inside patient’s chart

web

Using the web app on smaller screens naturally means less information fits. This could especially affect the patient calendar. To compensate, we’ve added the button to maximize your view:

Designated tab for frequency

web

We’ve also made it easier and more obvious to access patient’s frequency from within their chart. It has a dedicated tab:

My providers

web

Adding to the web app’s prowess is the “My providers” destination which you’ll navigate to from the menu. Besides access to the relevant information for each provider you are engaged with, you’ll be able to establish your availability and territory coverage for them. We recommend highly that you specify both because they’ll play a big role in patient assignments.

Territory coverage

web

As stated above, it may become essential for you to have your availability and territory coverage in therapyBOSS. Territory coverage in particular will be vital. Fortunately, it’s easy to set up:

The map will default to your home address. You can type in any address and set the desired radius. You can adjust the coverage area in one-mile increments by dragging it. It’s possible to add more than one area and add exceptions to the areas you define.
